We accept orders on a first come, first serve basis. When you place your order, we accept payment, reserve your roses, and mail them on the date your request. We ship on Monday and Tuesday with Priority Mail, so please inform us of the week you would like your order shipped.

However, USPS will not guarantee living plants and we cannot control how they are handled by any carrier or our customers. We will work with you if you notify us right away about any problems. We cannot be responsible for the negligence of others or extreme weather conditions out of our control.
