Northland Rosarium guarantees that our roses are healthy and ready to plant at the time they leave our care.
The U.S. Post Office does not guarantee living plants, and we cannot be responsible for the negligence of others or extreme weather conditions out of our control. We will work with you if you notify us immediately about any problems.

How Do I Order My Roses?

We have three ways to order!

  • Using our online Catalog and Shopping Basket.
  • Phone order at (509) 448-4968
  • US Mail order-form found in the catalog.


Easy steps for online ordering:

1. All roses must be placed into your shopping basket from our online catalog.
2. When placing your order:
    • Choose the number of each rose you want
    • Click "Add to Cart" to place your order in your shopping basket
    • Wait for the shopping basket to update your order
    • Review the status of your shopping basket
    • Use the catalog to select another rose, or
3. When finished, go to check out and fill in your mailing and billing information.
4. If you need to make corrections, empty the shopping basket and start over.

Minimum of two plants per order.

Note: It takes three (3) days to satisfactorily prepare your order of live roses for shipment.

We accept orders on a first come, first serve basis. When you place your order, we accept payment, reserve your roses and mail them on the date you request. We ship on Monday and Tuesday with Priority Mail, so please inform us of the week you would like your order shipped. Email us with questions or comments anytime, day and night at: carol@northlandrosarium.com

Guarantee

We guarantee our roses are healthy and ready to plant. We pack them carefully to arrive safely at your home. However, USPS will not guarantee living plants and we cannot control how they are handled by any carrier or our customers. We will work with you if you notify us right away about any problems. We cannot be responsible for the negligence of others or extreme weather conditions out of our control.
